Not really sure what I'm looking at here, but it doesn't look like what someone would be using to set handgear. Someone tell me what this would be for...

on another note, after 9 long months in the frozen north I'll finally be home in a week

This topic and post has been beaten to a pulp in the other forum. By the same author "Compleat" I guess he did not get the response he wanted so he ran it a different way. Here is the other post he statrted

alright...sorry if I brought up something thats been gone over time and time again. It's finals time up here so I haven't been watching the forums much at all.
