we should start some kind of service where if anyone goes out and brings back a fish and they have left over meat they can contact the service and donate their meat to other people. It would kind of be like a network thing but it seems like it would work to me. all the meat would be free to be 100% legal so the longliners cant bitch like the dumb ass$% they are!!!!!!!!!

Not to sound like a tree hugger, but why not release any extra fish you can't handle?
