It might be a little bumpy due to the short wave period, but otherwise fishable from now 'til New Year's Eve. Be sure to keep an eye on that front expected on Tuesday night. It may show up a bit sooner.

Uncle Buck, you think you could give me a forecast from as close as possible to Dry Tortugas? We're planning to leave Key West on Jan.4th and come back Jan. 6th.
