Question No electric reel

Im going down to islamorada this weekend for swordfish. I dont have any electric reels and i see all these pics with these big electric reels. Will a penn 50wide be enough reel? oris it just too hard to reel them up?

50's will be fine down there. I have a buddy that actually prefers the 50 for standup gear during the day. It's easier to move around...

I`ve loaded my old school Penn Senitor 6/0 with 1500yds of 65lbs power -pro .. just waiting for a chance to get out there and try it ...50`s should work fine ..so long as you watch how much line you put out and the way you power drift >>>

I have a Tiagra 50wide which TEK loaded up with straight 130lb JB and we dropped down past 2000 feet with more than enough line still on the reel!

Only problem was reeling in all the line manually when the brick didnt break off
