We could not fish the Sunburned Swordfish Tournament, but did make it to the weigh in. I think 13 boats were entered and most boats saw action. I heard that at one point in the early part of the tournament 9 of the 13 boats were hooked up. I'm not sure how many fish were caught, but 5 fish made it to the scales. Congrats to our very own Broadbill-Pro and his crew.
They boated 3 fish - two 95 inchers (340 and 376 lbs.!!) and one in the 50's.Here are the unofficial results: 1st Place - Sea Tech, 376 lbs. 2nd Place - Unbelievable, 92 lbs. 3rd Place - Cat's Meow, 55 lbs. |
