Default Broadbill Circut

Did I Miss Something On The Broadbill Circut? The Site Has Not Been Updated And The Tourney For Leg 3 Is Less Than A Month Away.

Really? How come?
Not that I care, but that sucks for the people who entered the last tourney knowing there were a low amount of boats just to add more points to there team

NOT THAT I DID NOT EXPECT THIS BUT HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN. WE HAVE ALOT OF MONIES ALREADY INVESTED IN THIS AND HAVE A RIDICULOUS RETURN. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE FISH ANY TOURNEY THAT IS EVEN REMOTELY TIED TO ANY OF THESE TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS.

My crew is not happy either, we were in 1st overall. . . . I don't think you'll have to worry about anyone fishing a tourney tied to these Tournament Directors going forward

Who are the tournament directors? Please PM me if you'd like. I just want to know so I don't get sucked in to a similar situation.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems. The young kids got in over their
heads. One can argue that they should be taught a valuable lesson in
life about keeping your word.

The HydroGlow Winter Slam is one of Drew's tournaments. His summer
slam was the largest swordfish tournament in the world and I know he
pays up. I know I'll be fishing it with team 2nd Chance because
we set the tournament record with the fish pictured above and that comes
with a free entry. cheers, arthur

Cono, that sucks. My crew, Team Fintasic, fished the first two legs with the notion it was series and were poised to win the whole damn thing if luck would have it having placed at or near the top in the first two legs. We were currently second or third in the overall standings and looking forward to squaring off with the Sword Briner, Matt, Blue Light and the other top teams and skippers.

Clearly some controversy and poor organization. I really hope it was this and not something more sinister. However, I do hope someone rescues or adopts the circuit or series points approach. It's cool because anyone can get lucky in one tourney but when someone or a team takes a series it truly speaks to skill.

I agree, go look at the results of drew's hydroglow tournament. Most of the guys that have placed in the top 3 have multiple top 3 finishes. And even if you place first, if you dont win the most money, did you really win?

I don't really care much. The 3rd tourney would of had only a handfull of boats and not much prize money anyways.... However it does suck that teams did spend money on the first two expecting a third to take place.

Yep, I do know that they had a Mount donated for the final from Gray Taxidermy. It was a big fish mount that is potentiallly worth $1000 - $2000.

That wont be used

Now I care again! They should award it to the first place team after the first two legs
