I am pretty ticked off about this too. One of the legs of this tournament had some nasty weather and bad seas and we went out anyway because of the series. The fastest way to make your name mud is to cancel a tournament. All of the bickering we had to put up with on this tournament and on the forum was just not worth it. These guys who ran it need to make it right with whomever was in the lead on this. Why have we not heard anything from the directors? Pretty piss poor if you ask me.

Come on Tighty, we know you're out there lurking - We were in 1st through the 1st two legs and that mount would look really nice in my living room

Was this mount already made? It def needs to go in the hands of the 1st place team. I bet it is sitting in one of there houses on the living room wall

This is why my team did not fish the 2nd leg. After the drama in leg one, they tried to short us on the amount of money they had already told us we won, and the fact that they had no control over there shit. I wouldn't have fished the 2nd leg even if someone paid for me.

If tunachasers team is/was in 1st, they deserve the mount!

If Gray agreed to put up the mount it was for a 3 tourney series with a 4th at the end I think.They did it for advertising I am sure.Since the tourney was canceled then I am sure Grays sponsorship of the mount was canceled as well.

I assure you it is not on anyones wall and they didn ot do it for the advertising. I am close friends with one of the owners of Gray and asked them to help out Andy ( I spoke with Andy as he was suposto run the final with Mike), and they did it as a favor to me.

So I guess it was my bad.
