Bigger and better is what are goal is for each tournament.
Our friends from Offshore Innovations have come thru for our registered anglers in a big way. Each registered angler will recieve a raffle ticket for the Offshore Innovations tackle giveaway. Sounds pretty good since one lucky angler will walk away with a $1,000 worth of tackle for just being a registered angler. The drawing will be held on sunday at the awards and you must be present to win. Good luck to all.

Hats off to you and the Mrs. for running a top notch first class act ! Im sure you will continue to grow and get bigger and better each year and the sponsors will keep comming. Its nice to go to a tourny thread without all the Teeny Bopper chaos,fighting,arguing.Others can only learn from the high marks that you and the Mrs. have set.

BTW have you ever caught one this big ?

Thanks for the kind words Kenny. Wait till you see the bill it was finished being capped this week and looks awesome, I can't thank you enough on the fine job you did glassing it. I can only hope it dosen't take another 10 years to catch a moster like that. I told Tracey i would stop Swordfishing when i broke the state record, maybe i should have said world record.

Just closed the deal today that we will be shooting a TV show of the tournament, with a added bonus for the winners. Lots of big things in the works that we will divulge next week at the captains meeting.

Only one week away!

This tournament will be my 1-year anniversary of my first-ever fishing tournament. We placed 7th last year (team EmiJess) and hope to improve our rank in this event. Thanks Drew for your continuing devotion to this bi-annual swordfishing tournament. You have definately set the "bar".

I'm anxious and proud to be a participant of this upcoming event. Do y'all realize... there's only about 350 people in the world that have the opportunity to fish an event like this? It's an honor and a priviledge. Let's all hold truth and honesty at the highest level. Cometition does not always bring out the worst in people. It can often evote the best.
