6th Annual SwordLords Fishing Tournament

We proudly announce the 2006 SwordLords Fishing Tournament

A true old-school fishermen's tournament, a South Florida tournament which provides 100% pay-out to the winning anglers.
This year we have many new sponsors as well as some that have been with us since the very beginning. We have a new venue sponsor, The Fort Lauderdale Firemen's Benevolent Association. They will host our Captain's Meeting & Kick-Off Party, which will begin promptly at 7:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2006. The "Fire Plug", as it is sometimes referred to, is located at 309 S.W. 26th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. There will be live music, performed by "High Priority", Free Pizza, Beer, and Soda, as well as a cash liquor bar. There will be a raffle, as usual that begins at 9:00 PM, with a wide variety of prizes to be raffled. On Saturday August 12, 2006 lines go in at 6:00 PM and the Weigh-in will be held on Sunday August 13, 2006 between 3:30 AM and 5:30 AM at the 15th Street Boat Ramp. Trophies will be awarded to the winners approximately at 6:00 AM, and there will be an awards banquet, place and time to be announced.

$250 per boat. %100 payout = 50/30/20 top three spots

Calcuttas:
$100 = 70/30, 1st and 2nd
$500 = 60/40, 1st and 2nd
$1000 = winner take all

as of now team just2fish is in also... been racing my whole life, this will be my first fishing tournment. can i sign up at the party friday night.
