Seems like mostly small fish have been caught lately.

But that 246 lb. sure is a nice mark.

The 74 incher we had was only 141 though.

Extremely skinny fish I guess

More than the 15 fished weighed were caught, that is just what came to the scales.

Jim congrats on another nice finish!

Drew great tourney even though we sat in the rain all night long.

We ended up going 3-5 with a 58-53 and released a rat!

We went 3-4 , with a doubleheader. Landed and released all small fish. The one we wanted pulled the hooks before we coulf gaff/poon, was a money fish.
Also caught a long slender fish that resembled a baracuda but was much thinner , big eyes andsame big teeth????

By any chance, are there complete event standings available? We didn't place in the money, but it'd be interesting to know where we ended up overall.

Were you at the weigh-in? If not, someone else caught a similar fish. Kind-of a cross between a ribbonfish, kingfish, and a juvenile sailfish... called a "lancetfish".

Found these pics on google...

Does anyone know what the outcome was with "boat #53"? They were hooked up from 8:45 until lines out...... Somebody said it sounded like a mako, but I'm curious what it ended up being. Anybody know what happened?
