Default Islamorada Swordfish Tournament

My first keys swordfish adventure out of Chesapeake Beach Resort. It was a great time with some friends on a 28 white water we ran 50 miles south the first night COŅO!!!!!! we are spoiled here. All the greats were there Rocher,Nick of BnM and RJ Boyle. We had 0/4 on Friday night the bite was on fire just not are night. We fought a fish for hours that I thought was the one only to see it was a cuban night shark. On Saturday we ran North of Carysfort calm night and no bites at all for us should of ran south again bad call. It was a great Tournament and place to stay with good ole friends that's why they call it fishing. I think the biggest fish was 200 something that won all the rest were releases.

Next time DL. It was not for a lack of effort. I like your gameplan and approach. That run's the chit aint it. In that tourney, local knowledge plays a huge role.

Tight lines.

I agree Juani, that was my first there. I can say I gave it my best. Everyone loved my baits! and even saw a Red Devil go by the boat it was awesome. That dam! squid looked just like mine.
