Default Hunter aka swordhunter 300# sword in the daytime

Just got a call from swordhunter. His clients have just boated a 300#'er in the daytime while shark fishing. WOW!!!!!!!!!! I think he said it measures a whopping 89". I hope someone can run up to haulover marina and get some pictures and post them. Congrats Captain Hunter and the "Therapy".

at 83" back in the fall, our fish was302# so if that fish is 89, gotta be minimally 350#

I got the call as well. he said 83'' fork length, he said it hit a 14/0 with 40lbs of drag and bent the rod lie he has never seen before! He caught it in water yo would least expect! Nice work hunter!

if it was on the Therapy ... I usually see them .. fishing in 200-300ft of water for sharks ...

If I'm not mistaken that fish you're referring to was caught in Florida Bay in the Keys. They surmised it came through one of the deeper channels.

No matter, the fish taken the other day while Shark fishing is an awesome deal. We would love to see a pic of it!

It was years ago ..florida bay O K,Capt Jim ... do you remember how big it was ? I think it was about 120#..???
