We went 0 for 3
Only "hook-up" was an hour and 20 min. fight on a nice fish before the hook pulled
Seem's like the bite remained early and on the inside. Radio talked about a 250 - 275 pounder boated and a couple in the 150 range. Seas were marginal and a little sloppy but not to bad.

Released 1 small fish around 8:15, caught about a 10 lb dolphin on a squid half its size on the second drift. Called it a night around 12, seemed like most of the 'fleet' that was out early quit by 10:30-11.

Default Thought it would be hot but it was not.

We had no bites Friday night. It can happen, but that will at least improve the odds for next time out. It was nice to get out since the weather and company was nice. It was not calm but the conditions were managable; however, did not take the Bonine and got to share a few beers with Las Olas. 0123

Thanks For Posting Guys,
I was suppose to go 1/7/05 and tonight 1/9/05 with Tiara, but I am not in good shape. This pain and feet burning chit is really getting old. Capt Ken U killed me the other night, but like always I am willing to pay the price to get out on the water.

Went 1 for 2 Friday night. Had something smoke a jet head on the run down - at 18 knots with teeth, I'm thinking wahoo.

Set up and had first fish on after 1/2 hour. Strong hit but wound up pulling hooks. The one doctor on board started chumming as soon as we stopped so we were going to head in early in another 15 minutes. With 5 minutes left, hooked up. Classic battle, fish in the boat 1.5 hrs later - very fat 54" fish.

Actually, Friday night was a bit slow given the number of boats out. Lot of folks complaining about no action. Heard Saturday was much better but I was up in Mouse Town.

Wished I'd have known you were there, I'd have bought you a cocktail. Anyway, here's Friday's fish.
