I usually get tiles every trip out fishing ..Havn`t tried swords yet ? Just hooked a monster sword back in the 70`s while it was sunning it self ... hit a horse bally ... fish was a good 9FT long ... just made a powerful run before the hook pulled ..

How good do those Tiles really taste?
Its fantastic Chris. Real firm white flaky. Similiar to Black Sea Bass in taste and consistency. Really one of the top five eating fish IMO.
