Default catch my drift 1-12-07 report

a long rough ride out. the night started out slow, then wham! two fish on. five min. later a third. 20 min. into fights loose one fish. two min. later another fish on, back to three on.ten min. later back to two. the two that are still on are tangled together with a third line. fights go on for a while third line bouy comes to boat, its a big mess. the capt and mate go to work. they remove the bouy and cut third line ,the fish starts to pull drag they have to let go of lines.some how everything comes untangled, back to seperate fights.we land both fish. 48in. and 56in. both on squid 250ft and 300ft.

a short run to set up next drift.we had two runoffs right away. next hit hooked up solid. a young kid from kanas here on vacation.the mate puts a belt on him its on.the kid tried to quit twice but the mate would not let him. 45min. later fish is on the deck, 50in.,a few pics then head back to dock.

ill post pics. later could not do it to big. need to resize dont know how
