Well DF pussed out on us, but decided to go anyway, is was rough and wet on the way out but the bite was insane, first hour and half had 6 solid bites, got tight on one right away, nice fish did a half ass tail walk about 100 feet away from the boat , tangled in back line then pulled the hook, drifted in off the line and nothing, decided we had enough misery and called it at 9:30.

FP thanks for the shout out nice to know there are friends out there on a night like that if something went wrong

Didn't see your post. I posted in the regular section asking how you did. Too bad you guys didn't get one in. There were lots of small ones last night.

Nice job getting out there. I knew the bite would be hot. I bet this bite continues for the next week or so. we'll see.

it was sporty for sure, have to agree lots of small fish around, ended up only fishing two rods since the two of us could not keep up with the bite. Every bait set out while we were in them was hit within five minutes of setting them out, just wish we could have connected more than once.

FP it was getting the enigines out of the water on a following sea for us and then slamming into the next wave. After that took it slow and easy to PE, nice thing is had everything stowed and cleaned up by the time we docked.

Good job on getting two in the boat

"Sporty" I like that term. So thats what all of my muscles are feeling"Sporty"? I hope that the bite from last night holds up when the winds die and we have more warriors. There will be no mercy then. The swordies had the advantage last night.
DF2 perhaps another time .

Nice work Dan

Give me a call next time DF pusses out on ya.
If I'm not out of town I'll brave the waters with ya.
