The orange thing this is a 99 cent cable cuff (Home Depot). I use them all the time for extension cords, curious as to what they are using them for on the boat . Look like they were breakin out the power tools last night. Maybe after his intestines settle back into place he'll share his new use.

It is just used to keep the cable and rope that are attached to the swordlight coiled up. Keeps everything a little bit neater and prevents tangles when we put the gear away.

Good idea. Thanks! I thought maybe it was something to hold a rope to a harpoon or flyin gaff.

FP and Nick C.

Nice job getting one in the boat on a night like last night

It definitely hurts I took a few shots to the gut from the steering wheel and I think my knckles are still a little white

I took a couple shots from the steering wheel knob to a very bad region - still recovering.

Buck, I beleive its a rope holder or electrical cord holder, they sell them at home depot, kinda acts like a tie wrap, that can be undone...I think

I was too much of baby to head out with them, but the orange thing is one of those clamps we use to tie up our swordlight.
