Default TUE NITE REPORT

Ran out of Boynton 5pm. Fiddled around trying to get bait for about 30 mins. Started our run out and stumbled on an abandonded immigrant freedom raft. One boat was fishing it and yearkin schoolie dolphin. Deciced to investigate. Had a couple of freezer burned sorry lookin ballys in the chum bucket. Put them out and made a wide circle resulting in a double wahoo freeforall  . Boated both fish around 25lbs and decided to make another pass. No trolling baits left, so cut a belly strip out of one of the hoos, and also dragged a tired yozuri thats been hangin off the T-top for months. Next pass two schoolies. Another belly strip cut we circled around again, one decent dolphin and a weehoo. This continued till sunset. Final tally 9 wahoo, :thumleft: released all but two, and 4 schoolies and two gaffers. Blood soaked and grinning we gassed it down to the boca hump  . Went 0 for three on the swordys with a slob that ate a live grunt on the deep jug pulling the hook at the boat after a 1hr and 45 min battle. Good time, just wish we could figure out how to keep one of those purple devils hooked :???: . Hoping to try again this weekend. Wahoo, coldies and early bedtime tonight. The darkside has me red eyed, wore out, struggling through another work day. The price you pay.

We went 2 for 2 last night, both short(40" & 45"), but the first swordies for the boat, and popped 2 cherries.
Glen and Dave are fully addicted to the Darkside, and fit in well. We went 0 for 1 last Friday.
I also caught a live squid 22" not including the tentacles and as big around as my forearm. I rigged it LIVE and put it down. It was at the end of the night so we didn't fish it long. Didn't get a hit on it, but man did it look good. It stayed alive great. Varied the depth all the way down to 350', and it came up live and looking great. It's now Vac sealed for my next trip, what a mongo.
