I know several folks get pissy when there's a lot of convo on the VHF... but at the same time, it's good to have friends out there. Besides the obvious safety advantage, I think it adds to the comraderie and fun of a night out fishing. :thumright: We do try to meet on alternate channels when possible.

The other thing adding time to the fight was the fish was snatch hooked in the face.

went out on the Catch my Drift hooked up on three landed two the one shook the hook right at the boat.
