Nothing but good things to say about these guys, Friday was a real slow(and rough) night, and we still made it home with some swordfish. The shortlength was 66inches and estimated near 200 pounds. I will say it was great out there when it was sloppy in an 85' boat. They are still however making it out by the skin of their teeth with 8 and 9 people, they are supposed to need 10. Info on this trip can be found at fishheadquarters.com or(954)525-4665.

You can't beat it. 100 bucks a head. Most people will spend way more on their boats and get soaked in rough weather. Definetely the way for the poor folk like me to get out there and enjoy some sword action.

C Shark,
Congrats on a good time. Glad you got out there! It would probably make more sense for me to sell my hole in the water but I guess not just yet. I'm with ST on wondering how was that ride on the 85 footer? When they are more than 3s and 4s, with a bit of a breeze, we get a bit damp on my ride unless I put up the curtains. I hate taking it in the face but love hookin up! I've got one more Elk hunt and then in 5 more weeks, I'm hoping to soak some baits! Happy Trails

Warrior, I live in Vero but have been heading south to Lauderdale for swordfishing. I don't really know anyone up here that is into swordfishing. I may have convinced a friend of mine to give it a shot on his boat (which is quite small) on thursday. We are thinking about trucking down to west palm where the run offshore is considerably shorter. I do a lot of spearfishing out of St. Lucie, ft. pierce, vero and Jupiter when conditions allow. Do you do much swordfishing around here? I would love to hook up with a local crew.
