Default Last Night Report - Good Night

Took the big boat out last night, had to leave out of Government cut, so we decided to fish the south grounds. South Key biscayne to gov cut

Got setup around 8:30 and as I was letting out the 4th bait, shallow tip rod, the line all of a suddent stopped going out.

About 10 seconds later we see a swordfish and light ocme up on the surface and slowly swimming.. we crank the slack like hell, but never came tight... 0-1

About 1 minute later our jug rod started to sing and fish on. Fought this fish for 15 minutes and releaed a 50 incher.

As we releaed this fish the other jug rod tipped over, we cranked and got tight and the drag pulled good but lost this fish also. 1-3

Proceeded to play with small swords until about midnight and then didnt have solid bite and we went in at 1.

Seems to be small ones off the south grounds right now.. but still an actoin packed night

That's good to hear! Hopefully this'll be an action-packed weekend. [-o< I'm probably hitching a ride tonight, and taking 2 cherries out Saturday night on my boat. PE -> Boca drift.
