Could not ask for a better Captain and crew, these guys covered full spectrum from 10 ft to 600 ft down. What a spread 15 lines out and not one tangled line. Thumbs up to the crew for that :thumleft: The drinks were flowing every body having a good time, great discussoins but could not get Mrs or Mr Sword to show up.
Have a few pics of the fire power on the boat very cool. whenever I wake up I will get them posted. Ollie thanks for the come back hope you had more luck than we did. Anyway to sum it up a Big Nada, only one slashed bait that I can re-call. Anyway anyone that wants a great crew for a night of Swording get on Catch My Drift, very good crew that know what they are doing and very willing to show you how to set up the perfect spread. All you have to do is show up with a rod or not, their gear was all top of the line. Catching |

No problem. That spread has to be quite a sight.

You guys were swordfishing with that boat? Seems like a great way for 5 anglers to fish 4 rods, each.
We saw what we thought was a big boat, but with the blurring night vision we typically dismiss big boats as a cruise ship or some type of flying saucer. We had not a bite last night either. Drift seemed unusual: wind blowing us toward shore but we drifted out. But then a again my entire evening last night was all unusual. We managed to get 4 lines out in total. We had a crew of 5 if you get my drift. And I did just about all the work except for crunching the swordlight. Yeah, we had that much fun. So I was at least happy that we had a spread of 4 and I settled down to join in with the festive antics. I suppose we had just as good of a chance at catching a fish: but our A game went to the Zoo last night. Live and learn, learn then catch a fish. I was happy to get some relief from a hard week's work. After all, that's what you do when you have too much time or your hands, right? |
