Default 8/19 Nothing Drift Report

Left Palm Beach & set-up just outside of the fleet. Within minutes we had our first bite, but we couldnt get tight.

An hour later we get tight & we let our lady angler battle the fish. The fish gives us a nice jump. 15 minutes later, we put the 50" fish in the boat. She is excited as this was her first sword. It felt good to break out the harpoon.

Another 45 minutes passes & we are tight again. Fought the fish for 20 minutes before the hook pulled.

Called it a night & headed home at 10:30. Nice night, no squalls, and the fish actually bit on the "Nothing Drift"

My only pict of the fish

To Steve:

Way to put Jordan & his girl on the meat.
Can't believe you darted a 50" fish tho
Hey practice makes perfect & you are VERY good w the steel.

Now all we need is a MOGAN to dart.

The "nothing" drift has become MUCH more popular.
Had 15+ boats & had a Palm Beach commercial sword buoy boat w over 50 buoys strung out from 900' all thje way out to 1600.

All gaffs have been removed from the TEASER.

Beerman & E$-
True the "Nothing Drift" has suddenly become popular. Im with Nick C & favor the "Shitty Drift".

I wouldnt mind doing it again Sat night.
