I was searching on Ebay and I came across these aftermarket TLD 50 Handles. I bought one from them and it is really comfortable. I took them out Swordfishing last Tuesday and WOW what a difference. All we caught was a shark (200lbs), but it was very comfortable to use in a stand up harness. I am purchasing one for all of my TLD 50s. I beleive that they are in the process of making handles for other reels.

Those look nice. What I prefer on my Tiagra 50's are the handles which are offset about 30 degrees. That way your right hand isn't in an awkward vertical position when reeling. It's much more natural and is much less fatiguing.
