thats pretty funny. it'll take like what - a year or so before rec. sword fishing here is banned because of morons like this? it should be. kill pups for pictures? might as well let the LLs back in. at least someone would make a living. uker:

both of those fish are dead. only need to look at the color of the gills to verify it. red in his sun burnt shoulders shows up just fine in the pics, those fish have been dead for several hours. some other indicators, but no reason to go into it.

ken - don't think anyone was bashing soldiers and i am sure that everyone on this site is proud of the way they are defending our country, politics aside.. i have only read a few of your posts they span from what appears to be a knowledgeable fisherman (water temp post) to a hostile hot head ( locked out post). personally i can relate to both since i probably come from the same mold at times. as with you i am not hard to find..
my comments were based on the fact that those fish are without a doubt dead, regardless of the size. soldiers or not don't blow smoke about releasing them alive. you are the one who subjected those boys to this harrassment by posting the photos here in the first place. maybe you should have given them a pass? glad the boys had a great time, they deserve it. you should try to lighten up a bit and realize that half the posts on here are probably from kids who don't have a clue. if you want serious conversation regarding fishing them send a PM and we can compare notes. |

Your right, a bad day at the office, I saw how many posts, 2 in the 20s and 1 with 9 , And I do think I know you from years ago, If you are who I think , I use to trade you lobsters for snappers, And one of the know it alls. was nothin more than a jet ski capt a year and a half ago. never caught a sword or a dolphin, drove a boat to the bahamas for a rich guy and now knows everything. |

whoa, my bad. ur right ken, i did fail to notice that first line of the post about them being soldiers.
ops: in that case, by all means, let em kill whatever they want, seriously. i could care less. if i'd have known that i'd have said more power to 'em :!: anyone with the stones to go into harms way to protect our Country should get a pass, even in their underwear! |
