Went out of Boca inlet with Swordhunter, Mr. E, and George last night for some swordfishing. Set up on the 48 just before dark and we were covered up with tinkers immediately. Drift was north and slightly east. Fished for about an hour and a half with one bite, and decided to make a move. We set up on the 50 with no tinkers around, but still had some live ones in the well. Baits started getting slashed immediatly. Had a small fish follow a bait up. The sword was lit up next to the boat rushing from bait to bait before he finally at a tinker head. Hooks pulled about 30 seconds later. Continued drifting and hooked another fish about 100lbs just off of Boca on a dead tinker on the tip rod. We got the fish on the leader, then it took off and the hook pulled shortly after. Finished the night 0/2 on hooked fish with another 8-10 slashed baits. Thanks to Swordhunter and George for getting us out for an action packed night!
