Default 12 / 17 / 05... North 2 for 2

Got a chance to get out with a few FS forum members, we did the north drift style, around 7:30 my cherry is popped and the pup is released.

Not an hour later we come tight on a bigger fish, we are on the rod and an hour and a half later the harpoon is in. Fish comes in the boat.

LJFL 67', with a 43' girth, puts him around 150 correct?

What a great night to get out, with multiple cherries popped! Special thanks to Troll Alt Delete (FS FORUM) for having me along on his awesome ride for my first sword!

Great job Northern drifting team ! You caught 2 fish when it seemed like the bite is off. We tried Friday night and the only thing we caught was a dozen runners and a pair of "Goose eggs". 0-0
Too bad the new guy was not on the BIG fish, to demonstrate how much stamina the 100 lb. + fish can have. an eye opening experience for a newbie.
