Went 2/3 tonight, by midnight. A 48&1/2 and a 53. The 48&1/2 was a pumkin. I also missed the biggest bull dolphin of my life when it went airborn 10ft fom the boat and ripped the hook. Report later. It's 5am and I have been up steaking meat and cleaning up. Sleep time :thumleft: What an awesome trip!

Three of us were out there till 2 am , had 5-6 baits taken ran two drags but all threw hooks. Very SLOW night . Beautiful night though , FLAT and clear . Sleep tonight , Dolphin fishin tomorrow !!! Gonna seem like a walk in the park compared to this swordin ! Weird thing , all hits on tip lines , none on bouys , same depths , same bait , weird.

Tip rods always get hit the most.
I want to hear about that Dolphin Ed. I'll be out Sat and Sunday night.

OK, now the good stuff. Down south a few miles N of(govt cut) the fish were on the outside, 49. From Haulover North they were more inside, 50 to the 51. All fish hit the jug lines in 100 ft - 150ft. The tip rod got wacked once with no hook up. Squid for bait. Duralumes for light sticks. Be prepared for dolphin. They came into the lights 3 different times and were of size. A guy from Sardinia told me how to bring them around the boat...
I'm me for numbers Hannaman. Good luck this weekend guys.
