Best Catch: When I look at a Commercial Fishing Vessel I see 300 million Americans and you only see the Crew

I have dealt with the CG more than most, a Whaler with 3 or 4 Gringos heading East, at sunset, with fishing gear does not constitute a 2 hour boarding. No concealed compartments, nothing to hide, this was harrassment. Even if they were Doppers, the chit wasn't onboard yet.

Sometimes the poor guys are just bored and "board" your boats just to break their monotony and try and justify why they are out there. All you can do is smile and say "yes sir" even if the little snappers are half your age.

Default Stopped

I got stopped coming into PE last night by the gray & green... Strictly business, everything was in order, on my way in 10 minutes. Haven't been checked offshore in while...must be on a lucky streak. Last year it was every other trip.

Not sure but wasn't FWC out of their jurisdiction in that case?
I wonder if you did warn your friends... What State Statute or Federal Statute would you violate....
