Went daytiming and did drops in 2000, 1800, 1500, and 1300 and nothing, did have a school of phins join us for about 30 seconds but they were not big enough to swallow a tinker, then a 4 foot Wahoo came out of no where and chased them away

Snared a nice fat 60" 150lb sword on the tip line at 100' while retreiving the lines to head in. We were previously 0 for 1. Fish was gut hooked and really active. Spooled out a 50w 2X. Looked like the fish was ready to grow. The bill was extremly large for the size of the fish.
Aint no skunky on my boat last weekend! Thank God!!!!!!!

I did a day-drop out of Palm Beach Inlet for almost three hours without a touch.
The seas were just too nice to stay home. We did troll up a few dolphin while out there in the 8 -12lb class.

Went out Saturday night on the south drift out in font of Key Biscayne. We fished the 52 and went 0 for one on the swords but caught three dolphin (one of them was a gaffer around 20 lbs.) and two tripletails.
We got our only hit at 8:00 p.m. as the sun was setting and that moon was shining huge and bright in the east. It hit a big squid I set down on my tip line at 500'. I always go deeper in full moon conditions. Fish busted off a couple hundred yards of line on my 50 wide then came unglued just as I yanked the rod out of the gunwale. We had our shot. Did not see another soul out there. Laters. J |

Just got in from daytiming today. 7 drops and not a scratch. Did catch a dolphin and a sailfish trolling on the way out
