It was tough sledding out there yesterday, but the day was beautiful. Went out with Harry , Gaitor and Billfish32. Saw a sail free jumping on the way out. We dropped atleast 6 times from depths ranging from 1600 plus to nearly 2000 feet and never got a nibble. The current was ripping, running from about 5 mph to nearly 6 mph to the north at the end of the day when we couldnt even find the bottom at 890 feet. It even got a bit bumpy when we came in at 4:30. But it was a nice day on the water with a lot of laughs despite it all.

It was great company, a beautiful morning, and lots of laughs. Thanks so much Richard.
BTW ... if any of you guys are contemplating daytime swording, the LP1200 is the absolute ticket for for this type fishing. Kinda makes me wish I'd gotten one of those instead of my 651.
