Default Team Fintastic went 2 for 5 last night

Action is picking up. I am banging my head because I did not go but my brother-in-law, Capt. Rob, and his crew went 2 for 5 last night between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. I post this because he never posts. Fishing a spread entirely of squid, no livies or dead fish, he had quite a bit of action catching a 58'' and a 60'' and losing what appeared to be a 70'' near the boat after horsing it on the wind on to bring it to gaff. They had one other hit that ran and pulled and one slashed bait and were back at the dock by 10 p.m.

Fish were hitting at 200' and shallower. I won't give specifics, but he was working between HI and Boca and let's just say inside the pack.

I am going Sunday afternoon for a try at a daytime swordy and then set up for some night drifts. I am fishing the Canyon off Triumph, again. I have fished there three times this year and lost some nice fish. I know they are there. I am still trying to recover from the sword that dumped my entire 50W in under five minutes four weeks ago off PE.

Later!!

J

It took him 5 minutes to dump your 50W? He must have been going slow!
