HMS Permit?

My buddy just got a new boat last weekend. We are going to take it on its maiden voyage to the 50 line saturday night. He doesn't have any FL numbers yet. Does anyone know how we can get the permit without the boat being registered yet?

YOU MUST HAVE FL #'S. IF THE BOAT WAS BOUGHT AT A DEALER CALL THEM AND TELL THEM TO REGISTER THE BOAT. IT ONLY TAKES A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY WANT TO WAIT TO DO MANY AT ONE TIME. MAKE THEM GET YOURS NOW. IF NOT A DEALER GO TO THE TAGS OFFICE AND GET THEM.
