Fishing/Spear Fishing Exuma

I have been going to and Fishing Exuma for the past 2 years and have been somewhat successful. Im looking for that next step that will allow me to slay the fish. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful hints about trolling this Island and "The tongue of the Ocean." I am also interested in increasing my Spearfishing success. I was wondering if anybody knew the structure or bottom I should look for when targeting Lobster. Anything to help will be appreciated.
