Default August 2005

Big redfish in the 20 to 40 pound range will move to the north end of the Lagoons this month to produce little Redfish. this will be the best times to get a trophy Red in the 40 pound class. The Snook bite will heat up as they move to the inlets to do the same. Trout will be a solid bite for the month and till the cold fronts move in this winter. Anglers on the Flataddicted will be rewarded with shots at Tarpon this and next month as well. Last year in the month of August I had days of acers of small Tarpon in the north end of the Indian River. Clients will find explosive catches of hipper Lady fish and hard fighting Jacks as well as the heat of summer continues on.Spaces will go fast so call today or email for more info on how to book your next trip on the Mosquito Lagoon.

What a great day of fishing with richard and his son. It was a real mixed bag as we boated Snook, Mangrove Snapper and Jacks. We ran out of bait 2 hours on the water due to catching so many fish.

Just another great day this week. Today Mike and his son caught so many Reds I really forgot how many we caught. I had them in an area that was just loaded with fish! Man what a day. Top water ,soft plastic or fly they ate it all.
