Sanibel beach snook biting last week

Just a quick post that I was in Sanibel last week with the fam. Did not hardcore fish but always kept a light spinner with me at the beach just steps from our condo. My daughter and I managed to catch a few of these cute linesiders just sight-casting some DOA shrimp. Folks over there are eager for the snook season to open in a couple weeks. A guy a few feet away from me using live small croakers and pilchard was tearing up the jacks and cats.

That's why I kept it simple and threw artificial only.
