We just went Thursday and Friday and did well....The big boys are there. We marked individual fish on the sounder but couldn't get the big guys to come up. Caught 3 40 pounders, pulled in a 35# head, and as many footballs and dolphin as you wanted. The birds were definitively there. A few other friends did well. some 60 pounders and another caught an easy 80# fish. Good luck and let us know how you all do.

Cool thanks Rex. I was talking to Claude today and he said they might head over to marsh. So he should have a report from there.

Ours was a morning bite. We may have missed the evening bite because the weather changed drastically and came hard out of the SW. They are definitely there. I have been eating yellowfin for the last 4 days. THis stuff never gets old when its this good!!! That should get your mouth watering and motivation to get over there. Hope the weather drops out for ya. Good luck

i finally got my boat back on saturday from Lucaya>>> long ride back. We did not get into the tunas as planned out of Grand a week and a half ago, as we stayed close to shore. Fished thursday PM and Friday Great whoo bite on the out going up to 40lbs and the yellow grouper troll was sick! headed to lucaya on saturday and flew back. Thanks again Riskreward and Dr B for the advice, Grand is really a cool spot that will be visited by me many more times.

Should have trolled at night
one nice one and a head one the first day with a couple throw backs and some blackfin and and a mahi in there, second day the weather was awesome and the fishin very slow with one good one and a few blacks, tried for wahoo and nada, third day gave the wahoo another shot and only a 28# king and some more blacks. Deep droppin wasn't on fire either, gave the evening tuna a shot, got one small one with a few skippies and blacks. The trip home was even slower fishin 5-6 packs of birds with one black and a throw back atleast it all was better than a good day at work, and still can't wait to get back and try again.
