Best way to get bait of beach at night?

So Ive been doing some reading, and I dont have a kayak to paddle my bait out and im sure as heck not going to swim out. So what other ways to get my bait far enough out? Thanks guys.

It works as well.Just have to use a big spinner or pull out the line ahead of time from a conventioanal reel.

Large lead, long cast. We used to paddle em out on our surfboards....It works, and you'd be suprised how quick you can get out and back when there is a bloody bait or two in the water. My experience has been its not how far you get the bait out anyhow. If its big and stinky they'll swim up to get it.
