Earlier I told y'all about my good friend Allen Staples winning the 2006 Destin Deep Water Shark Tournament last month. His winning Tiger was 750 or something thereabouts. Here's a photo of him (left) and my old captain (right) with their winner. Note where their feet are.

Remember the shark tourneys from when I was a kid. Willl never forget the biologists gutting one particular big tiger. It had a 16" piece of presssure treated 2x4, part of a life jacket, and a liscence plate. ( Fla plate w/ 68 decal. Good to hear that there is some scientific data being retrieved from these animals. Thanks for the pics.
