That is pretty cool, But my father would come back from the grave and kick my a** if I bought one. I was suprized how fast it was (before the video I was sitting here thinking I could beat it, Wrong). It looks like a really clean set up and I am sure it will prevent alot of bad haywires. Do you guys recomend any sort of water or lube to keep the heat down? I know you guys are mostly kingfishing but once you start twisting #14 and up it might get hot and lose some of it's stregth. Good luck with it.

Anyone questioning this product hasn't tried it. Sure you can twist a few rigs by hand with no problem. We go through 100's of kingfish rigs each season. That's 3 or 4 team guys spending hours upon hours.
I have been selling these units with no regrets. The new units are even better! Some guys like a perfect traditional haywire twist. Some guys like a tight twist. With about 15 minutes of practice, you can do any type of twist you like and you won't have to stop due to bleeding fingers. If you want a kick ass machine to assist you in making kingfish, wahoo, Shark rigs.... you gotta add the Turbo Twister to your wish list. Anyone that would like to see this unit in person.. just call me. Hogsbreath is right around the corner so we'll be busting out rigs soon. -Tek Reel Pro Shop |

Pushbutton has one and it works like a charm! I ordered mine, and it should be at the house today or tomorrow....got mine on e-bay. Now if I could only find someone local that carries the tournament straight lengths of Toothproof! Will post again when I get my machine in hand. Thanks Skipperspride!

Got my machine today! Practiced with different holding techniques for 10-15 minutes, then tied 10 rigs in less than 10 minutes. The longest part of that was cutting the wire all the same lengths. Great machine and worth the money!!
Krisis, it was under Turbo Twister in sporting goods.
