im curious to peoples preferred baits for threshers and makos...usually ill use blue fish and tuna but curious to this vs maybe squid or anything else in the northeast

Blues and tuna is , from what I hear the best... but I use bunker chum, and Mack's with skirts. Boated a 341 lb whip tail last weekend. I do mix it up a bit with live blue fish.... just because they can be a pain in the a** so I get mad
and trim their tails and feed them. I haven't had much luck with anything else.I guess if it aint broke don't fix it..... |
