how do i get registered i kno people who fished it last year but did not hear bout it in time to sighn up ??? p.s. can you yak your bait out or not?

PIER is working on the rules still...........we have a few months still. yes you can yak your bait out. i dont know where the boundries are gonna be , i would like it to be to sebastian inlet , that gives us 40 more miles of beach. ya get past jupiter and theres a lotta diffrent laws. on our beach ya cant fish at night , but were on the martin /st.lucie line ..........just some imput.......mike
