Default added pics to pier and beach sharks photo gallery

i just uploaded a pile of pics in the gallery. we had a good year last year. last FEB. in 2 days zac and i caught 27 sharks between the to of us , bulls and spinners .we had doubles on all day long and it was hard to get pics of all of them !. but i did catch one bull about 250# that we didnt get a pic of. in MAY we fished the 1st florida sportsman shark tourny , a 4 month long tourny , or i should say a marathon! it wore us out! we caught 87 sharks . we won! we only entered 30 or so sharks . we had a min . weight for our team . so some we didnt bother to take pics of , small spinners and lemons , sharpenoses , and baby bulls .we want to be known as the big fish guys!.....lol.... that explains the hat on the dorsal fin in the pics! there were lots of lemons last year . spinners are comman during the summer but we caught just a hand full. it was a strange year , no big bulls , but lots of big gummys, and they were thick! . but it was the lemons that stole the summer ! there a desent shark to catch, i think we caught 35 or so .thats the most we caught . we did catch a pair of hammerheads , most of ya seen the pics , i added some other shots of them . awsome sharks ! i up loaded some pics twice, by mistake .....sorry for that ! . heres a little bio on us. we usally have 5-7 fish nights, this is big game to us , its what we do and we work hard at it . its very extreme fishing .and we use heavy gear, so be carefull!!!!!!. very carefull .!!!! please!!!spinners in the winter we get double hand full days . just like sailfishing to us land base guys! we like to fly release flags too! who needs a boat ? spinners fight better anyway! in the pics most of our lemons pics were cookie cutter sizes , and the look like the same fish , but there not. most were all were males. wheres big mamma at?...... maybe this year will do better on the big bulls as well ,small ones were around last year . wait till ya see the size of these tubbies! we caught some beasts ! our main goal this year is to get a shark pushing the 700# mark. last year was to win the tourny. and the year before we caught 7 spieces in a week ! we had a double on , thought was a pair of spinners , but it turned out to be a hammer and a tiger ! the rest of the comman ones were easy ,what luck, . ill scan those photos and post them. that tiger was awsome . 7 spieces in a week .....wow! here on the east coast . amazing. we start fishing next month , so maybe the shark gods well be good to us this year , and ill have the big one to post! we always catch and release , its a fun sport from land . catching fish up to 500# from land is amazing!!!! respect the sea and shell be good back to ya .welcome to the greatest show on surf!........ mike

i do some lb sharkin in florida as well. do you yak all your baits out? i don't bc i don't have a yak...so i am confined to what lurkes w/in the wade-first guts. mostly small spinners...5-6'. i cast tuna type (5.5-6.5' stand-up rods) and a 13' h.action surf rod (a blast) as far as i can with a 4/0, 6/0 and 9/0. prob. not big enough for anything bigger than 8' but good for now.
i am very seroujs about the lb shark fishing, but w/o a good method of bait deployment it seems a much bigger game of chance. true? i fish the e. coast from fort peirce to nettles island, but don't hook up nearly as much as you said in your post. any tips would be great
thanks for the great pics and post keep it up!
