The sailfish bite is on fire in south florida right now.. you have a good shot at one each morning and at sunset. I personally prefer to catch sails an hour or 2 before sunset...
Good Luck |

The sail bite has been great this year. Like shark tagger said the morning and a few hours before sunset is good. we had a triple hook up around 4:00 last time i fished for them which was in the keys(tavernier). my friends up here have stopped fishing for them but thats because we have to go out about 30 miles or more here in central florida.

Sails are thick off St lucie inlet for sure. Released one Sun not even trying. Hit a kite gog while we were @ anchor bottom fishing Had two others come up on the baits sniff and hauled butt. The boat next to us @ the marina released 3 Trolling hoo's. So there here, just gotta come down and go get em.Good luck, DF2

??????? I don't think they are real thick yet Joe. Most boats out of Ft. Pierce are only getting a few shots a day (Most caught I heard so far was 5). With this last cold front it should be getting good soon. I'd say by early December it will be on!

Stuart sail club tournament netted only 3 fish last weekend. I'd say they still need some time to really turn on. Chaos-Ft.Pierce. You should know the fish will be here soon. This past cold front should have pushed them in. Last weekend I didn't even see one, Floridian only cought one!
