Default Boca 4-18 thru 4-20

Had a afternoon charter on friday, cleared the inlet around 2 loaded down with pilchards and gogs and ran to the north. Get the spread out and not much on the first drift, just some small kings. Make a small move and right away we are in some nice dolphin, wind up catching 6 fish up to 20 lbs on the kite and the flatlines. Reset the drift and start live chumming and get a double on sails off the kite. Went 1-2 on those ones. Pick up a 30-35lb cobe on a deep gog, and then another sail right before sun set.
Wound up 2/3 on sails, 6 dolphin to 20lbs, 30ish cobe, and lots of kings.

Sat, woke up with some nasty infection in my arm, treated at hospital and then off to the edge for a quick drift at sunset. Got the spread out and right away we are in some nice kings, land a bunch up to 20 lbs and then a nice sail eats a herring on the kite. Somehow I come tight and pass the rod since my right arm is temporarily useless, and we wind up getting the release on him.
1/1 on sails and lots of kings to 20 lbs

Sun, same thing, snuck out at sunset and did one long north drift looking for Mr. Blackfin. Live chummed the waters hard and wound up with wayyyy to many kings and 1/1 on sails on the kite again.

Nice weekend on the water. Not to many pics to show, pretty tough to do one handed.

Dude, you gotta shower or something. Too much fishing will do that to you.

Something like that . Got spined by a cobe about a week ago right where the infection started, doctor believes thats what caused it. Guess I did not clean it well enough.
