started off the day not being able to find bait. set up the first kite by like 10- 10:30 got lots of bone heads and picked 1 off at like 11:30 just south of government cut in like 125 feet. nothing else till about 3:30 we reset north of the lighthouse and got hit on the north mid set it get tight and see a fish under the south mid my friends girlfriend hooked up on that one. my friend goes to the front to help her out and pull the sea anchor and i have to fight my fish and drive. then both mid and short on the north kite rainbow over i get my friend he sets the hook on 1 gets reel tight puts it in the holder gets tight on the other i look up and both of the last 2 rods are rainbowed over he puts the other in the holder goes to set the south mid and some kind of clip malfunction then he sets the fish on the short we both work 2 fish each and his girl has 1 on the bow. he gets 1 close i leave 1 in the holder release his first then he releases 1 of mine then he gets his other 1 in i release it. now i am far into the backing on the first fish that i hooked, with like 500 yards out but the fish on the bow was close so he released that one and the ran down mine. 5 for 6 on a sextuple hookup. we set up again same spot and hook up on a double both long baits got hit. released both. made 2 more drifts piking up 1 more fish on each drift. we were done by 5, going 0 for 1 in the morning and 9 for 10 in the afternoon. Why couldn't there be a tournament today????

I'm from S. Miami and somehow no matter how well you do on any day the Miss Britt is out there they always do just a little bit better. It doesn't matter if it's Ray or Alex - those guys are just that good.
