Rod tip guide

I have a 130 pound class rod that the roller guide on the rod tip has become loose and is turning on the tip. What type of glue can I use to fix the problem?

slow cure epoxy, heat the tip to work it off and clean it up real good. Try to clean out the inside of the tip as best you can. I just did on eof my old Murray brothers rods had the exact same issue. Do not use fast cure.....
