I have an older International 80 single speed reel. The drag washers on it consist on three pieces each. There's a steel disk with a brass disk screwed to it and then there's the drag washer. I can take apart each drag washer into its separate pieces. I called Penn to see about replacement washers and the guy said that the drag washers are suppose to be one unit that can not be disassembled. Does anybody know if the older Penns had a different drag assembly? Can I just buy replacement washers? Here's a pic
