Default Setting up for Swording

Want to give swording a try. I have the boat and most fo the gear set up already but I need some recommendations. The boat is a 26 Regulator.

Do I need all bent butt tackle? I was planning on using 50's on bent butt rods.

I know I need to drift beam to but do I just set the rods out along the gunnel and use balloons to float them away from the boat? I have been swording once before but that was on a big 50 sport fish. We used the riggers to carry line out and drifted bow first. Didn't pay too much attention to the setup b/c I didn't plan on going in my own ride.

Any help or reference to setup articles would be appreciated. Along with tackle recommendations.
