Default a new bait buoy?

off hillsboro(near the stink hole) in about 130 feet of water theres a new buoy i was out last weekend and noticed it when was this suppose to be announced?

that bouy is sweet ,it should hold some bait in the next few months. might be a good spot for some rainbow runners to be holding

i dont think so its almost perfectly aligned with the whistle buoy in 40 feet straight off the inlet.
